Email is an obsolete and outdated tool for some companies

After reaching the ripe old age of 40, the email is starting to be considered an obsolete tool in certain sectors and this is leading to the creation of new ways of communication.

These new forms of communication are leading to changes in the foundations of many companies. Atos, the international service company of information technology, pioneered this idea of ousting the old email, in favor of new communication systems.

Atos’s Munich headquarters are already practicing this new philosophy and it’s Manager has hung a curious certificate in his office that reads: "ZeroMail". This document ensures that the board of directors of this branch of the French company has planned meetings, without sending a single email, presentation or agreement.

This is only the beginning of the fight against email, as during this year 2013 Atos aims to banish the email from your daily life forever and begin the new era of "ZeroMail".
