It was only 10 days ago that we were speculating that Spotify may have a genuine rival, in the form of Twitter's recent launched #music app. However the popularity of the recent venture, which recommends bands based on Twitter mentions, has fallen rapidly.
#music has exited the top 100 free US apps, less than 2 weeks after its release and it is also falling in the music app chart.
