Smartphone functions and apps have made some of our typical household gadgets almost redundant and, whilst there are those that chose to stick with their more traditional devices, a recent survey has revealed that the alarm clock is the gadget most at risk of being driven to extinction by smartphones.
Pixmania.com's list of the "Top 10 endangered technologies" included some surprising results, including traditional sat navs and TV remotes.
